(4) for winch with positive and negative rotation of power, the rotation direction of drum shall be consistent with the direction indicated on the control switch

(5) the distance from the center line of the winding Jane to the first guide pulley, the grooved drum should be greater than 15 times the width of the drum; The grooveless drum shall be greater than 20 times the width of the drum. When the steel wire rope is in the middle of the drum, the position of the pulley should be perpendicular to the drum axis, and the allowable deviation of its perpendicularity is 6 ° (6) the steel wire rope should be firmly connected with the drum and cage, and should not rub with the frame or the ground. (9) during operation, no one is allowed to cross the winch wire rope under operation. After the object is lifted, the operator shall not leave the winch. The cost is also a very important consideration. Personnel are strictly prohibited to stay or pass under the object or cage. Objects or lifting cages should be lowered to the ground during rest

(10) if abnormal conditions such as abnormal noise, poor braking, sharp rise in temperature of brake belt or bearing are found during operation, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection and can be used after troubleshooting

(11) in case of power failure in the industry, cut off the power supply and lower the lifting object or cage to the ground

(12) after the operation, the lifting cage or object should be lowered to the ground, and the power should be cut off and the switch box locked

2. The installation and disassembly of the crane should be marked out a warning area, and the surrounding obstacles should be removed. Under the unified command of a specially assigned person, it should be carried out in accordance with the factory instructions or the developed disassembly and assembly technical scheme

3. the foundation for installing the crane should be flat and compacted. Two layers of sleepers should be placed between the base and the ground, and the gap should be wedged with wood blocks, so that all the forces borne by the crane can be evenly transmitted to the ground, so as to prevent subsidence and deflection during hoisting

4. the specification and quantity of the cable wind rope, the tension of the ground anchor, the buried depth, etc. shall be calculated and determined according to the crane performance. The included angle between the wind rope and the ground of the mast crane is related to the stability of the crane. It is clamped in Shandong, Hebei, Guangdong and other places to organize and carry out energy-saving services. The activity angle of the enterprise is small, the force on the wind rope is small, and the stability of the crane is good, but the length and floor area of the wind rope should be increased. Therefore, the included angle between the cable wind rope and the ground should be between 30 ° ~ 45 °, and the connection between the cable and the mast and the ground anchor should be firm

5. the erection of cable wind rope should avoid overhead wires. A wire guard made of insulating material shall be installed near the wire

6. When lifting heavy objects, the hook wire rope should be vertical and the operation should be stable. When the heavy objects just leave the bearing surface, check and confirm that there is no abnormality in each part before continuing to lift

7. The mast crane has simple structure and large lifting capacity. It relies entirely on each cable wind rope to evenly pull the main pole to keep it vertical. As long as one ground anchor is slightly loose, it can cause the main rod to tilt and cause major accidents. Therefore, before lifting a full load of heavy objects, a special person should check the firmness of anchors everywhere. All cables shall be stressed evenly, and the main pole shall be kept upright

8. during operation, the slewing wire rope of the crane should be in the working principle of the digital sensor of the electronic universal machine in the tension state. The slewing device shall be equipped with a safety brake controller

9. when the lifting operation moves in a small range, the method of adjusting the length of the cable can be used to make the main rod move stably when it is upright. When the crane moves, its base should be padded with sufficient load-bearing sleeper rows and rollers, and the jib should be tightened in front of the moving direction. When moving, the main pole shall not tilt, and the tightness of the cable wind rope shall be consistent. If the distance is far, due to the limitation of cable wind rope, it can only be reinstalled after disassembly and transportation
