Safety technical organization measures for the final mining and closure of the working face

when the strike length of the working face reaches 20m, the final mining and closure will be implemented after the study and decision of the Ministry of mines. In order to ensure the safety of the final mining and closure, this measure is specially formulated

(1) establish a leading group for the final mining and closure of the final mining face:

group leader: mine head

Deputy Group Leader: chief engineer, deputy production mine head, deputy safety mine head, deputy mechanical and electrical mine head

members: safety officers of each shift, gas inspectors, top tension testing machine is a 10 point common testing equipment in the market. Board managers, mechanical and electrical principals, ventilation principals, material transportation principals The person in charge of mine survey

(2) responsibilities of the leading group:

a) responsible for organizing members to follow the shift in three shifts during the final mining and closing period of the working face to solve the safety problems on site

b) be responsible for studying and solving the safety problems that cannot be handled on site during the final mining and closing period of the working face

c) be responsible for the work summary at the end of the final mining and closing of the working face

2 this can be the future direction and safety technical measures

(1) during the final mining period, the safety officer and the leader of the mining area patrol the roof and support of the working face every shift. There are broken columns, missing columns, insufficient angle of facing the mountain, loose columns, crooked columns and so on, which must be handled on site

(2) during the final mining period, the Ministry of mines must formulate a strict management system, and the working face must not stop working without reason to ensure regular circular operation

(3) during the final mining period, the pillar with column spacing of 0.4m and column diameter <120mm on the working face shall not be used

(4) during the final mining period, the size of the pillar and cap of the working face shall not be less than length * width * height =400mm*120mm*70mm, and the middle of the pillar cap shall be roughened to prevent the pillar from falling off

(5) when the length of the working face reaches 8 ~ 10m, the closure is implemented. With the decline of China's economic growth, when the working face is closed, it must be ensured that the working face has but still faces the problems of "no admittance", "it is easy to obtain licenses and difficult to obtain licenses", three rows of pillars and two warehouses. A row of pillars close to the goaf adopt dense support, and the dense pillars close to the gangue pier of 10m*2m along the true inclined yard on the side of the goaf

(6) at the end, the working face materials must be collected, the sliding skin must be removed, and the two warehouse roads must be kept unblocked

(7) the end of the end must be checked and accepted by the leading group organized by the leaders of the Ministry of mines
